Directions:May be applied over eye lids, cheeks, shoulders, legs, etc. May also be applied wet for unbeatable high-beam color and shine!!! When used wet, colors become more intense and make excellent eyeliners that pop!

Level of Difficulty – Easy/Medium.Please do not be weary that the Mineral Shadow Burst Pigments are in loose form. The Pigments are really simple to use. To be used as a shadow: Apply Katie B's Shadow Base all over your eye area. Open the case to your shade(s) of Katie B's Mineral Shadow Burst Pigment(s). Lightly dip your brush into the Pigments. Then dab the brush into the empty lid of the case. This is to make sure you spread the Pigments evenly on the brush. Then apply the Pigment onto your designated lid area and blend!

Suggestion:Apply a medium shade on the lid, a darker shade in the crease, and the lightest shade in the inner most corner of your eyes and underneath your brows as a highlighter.
